Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Better Home Furniture & Mattress, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and professional delivery experience from start to finish. Once your order is placed, our team will coordinate every step to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Coverage

We proudly offer delivery and assembly throughout the United States.

For deliveries within Massachusetts and surrounding areas up to 100 miles from our stores, transportation and installation are handled by our Better Home professional delivery team.

For deliveries beyond 100 miles, we work with trusted third-party carriers to ensure secure nationwide delivery.

Each delivery is carefully scheduled to ensure efficiency, proper setup, and the best possible customer experience.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges vary based on distance and location.

Massachusetts deliveries: $199

Nearby states (within approximately 120 miles): slightly higher rates may apply

Other U.S. states: rates are based on distance, starting at $299 and up to $799 for the West Coast

All delivery fees include professional transportation, assembly when required, placement in your home, and removal of packaging materials.

Customers may also request contactless delivery, where items are delivered packed and unassembled at a reduced rate.

Scheduling Your Delivery

When your merchandise becomes available, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date.
You will receive a confirmation by call, text, or email with your delivery window before the scheduled day.

Deliveries are typically scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure driveways, hallways, and entrances are clear. Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive the order.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deliveries canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a handling fee.

Store Pickup Option

Customers who prefer to pick up their order may do so by appointment. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance so we can prepare your merchandise for pickup.
A valid photo ID is required for all pickups. If someone other than the purchaser will collect the order, please notify us beforehand.

Weather and Safety Policy

For the safety of our delivery team and customers, Better Home Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to delay or reschedule deliveries during hazardous weather conditions.
If this occurs, our team will promptly contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
