Return and Refund Policy

At Better Home Furniture & Mattress, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and delivery process, returns are accepted only within a limited timeframe and under specific conditions.

Returning Merchandise

Customers have up to 24 hours after delivery or pickup to request a return or exchange (excluding bedding). After this period, all sales are considered final.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Delivery, assembly, and special-order fees are non-refundable.
  • Special orders are custom or made-to-order and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once confirmed.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee based on the total sale amount.

Please Note:

  • Bedding, mattresses, clearance, and “as is” merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a pickup is required for an approved return, an additional delivery fee will apply.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the return has been approved. Credit card refunds are typically completed sooner, while check refunds may take additional time.
